    This Love Radio Website is owned and managed by JME Broadcast Resources Inc. (“JBRI” or “Management”) and is part of the Manila Broadcasting Company.

    JBRI  provides this Love Radio Website for your personal, non-commercial use only and subject to your compliance with this Terms of Use Agreement . Please read this Agreement carefully before using this Website.

    SITE SECURITY

    You may not use this Website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by this Agreement. Your access to the Love Radio Website may be terminated immediately in Radio Station’s sole discretion, with or without notice, if you fail to comply with any provisions of this agreement and/or any applicable additional terms, or for any other reason, or no reason.

    We adhere to the Philippine Laws and Regulation regarding digital space and the likes and such you are hereby to observe such rule while using this app.

    WARRANTIES

    By using Love Radio Website, you are representing and warranting that:

    (a) you are at or above the legal age of majority;

    (b) you own or have sufficient authorization to use the mobile device, technology or other device you use to access this Website; and

    (c) you are aware that text, image, audio and video content shall consume data from your postpaid, prepaid or wifi-connected device;

    USE OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

    All content on this app, such as text, images, graphics, logos, buttons, icons, audio and video clips are properties of Love Radio-JBRI. Its content is protected by the Philippine law and international copyright laws.  No material from this site may be copied, reproduced, shared, broadcasted, uploaded, posted, transmitted or be distributed in any way without prior written consent from Love Radio.

    LIMITATION ON LIABILITY

    In no event shall the Radio Station, its subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, suppliers, licensors, or others involved in creating, sponsoring, promoting, or otherwise making available this Love Radio Website and its contents, be liable to any person or entity whatsoever for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, compensatory, consequential, or punitive damages or any damages whatsoever, including but not limited to: (i) loss of goodwill, profits, business interruption, data or other intangible losses; (ii) your inability to use, unauthorized use of, performance or non-performance of this Love Radio Website; (iii) unauthorized access to or tampering with your personal information or transmissions; (iv) the provision or failure to provide any service; (v) errors or inaccuracies contained on this Website or any information, software, products, services, and related graphics obtained through this Website; (vi) any transactions entered into through this Love Radio Website; (vii) any property damage including damage to your mobile device or computer system caused by viruses or other harmful components, during or on account of access to or use of this Website or any site to which it provides hyperlinks; or (viii) damages otherwise arising out of the use of Love Radio Website.     MODIFICATION/TERMINATION

    The Radio Station reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or terminate this Love Radio Website and/or any portion thereof, and/or your account, password, at any time for any reason with or without notice to you.

    Likewise, the Radio Station shall not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your access to the Love Radio Website.

    CHANGES TO TERMS OF USE

    Love-Radio may revise these Terms of Use at anytime without notice. Love Radio will highlight any changes of such. We advise you to revisit the site periodically to be able to know the most recent terms.
