Participant guarantees that the submitted photo, letter/story or OPM composition is his/her original creation and has not been used by any person or institution. Love Radio assumes no responsibility for any copied entry, or its likeness to any existing similar type of content.

Participant agrees to release, discharge, and hold harmless Love Radio, its officers, employees, DJs, and representatives from any claims, losses, and damages arising out of his/her participation in the content submission.

Participant grants Love Radio the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use, reproduce, display, publish and create derivative works of the entry without compensation or approval.
